		PC Based Control Systems For Asphalt Batch Plants - Reliable, high-speed batching control in an affordable and easy to use package. Can simultaneously load trucks from the plant and silos at the same time. Daily job and ticket reports can be printed or they can quickly and easily be transferred to the office by modem.
		Plant Control Houses - Totally first class portable and stationary plant control centers built to your requirements. Available in single level or multi-level (as shown - featuring 360º visibility) designs. Turnkey equipped to your requirements with consoles, electrical switchgear, heat and air conditioning, power and control plug-ins, etc.
		Custom Built Control Panels - We custom build control panels and systems for a wide variety of applications. Shown here is a 6 virgin feed bin with RAP control system recently built for an asphalt plant. It has provisions for operating the bins either in manual or auto control mode. In the auto mode, the feeders are controlled by the built-in blending computer system, delivering exacting blending of materials to the plant.
		Computerized Batching Systems For Concrete Plants - For automated control of ready mix, concrete block and precast concrete batching operations. Sophisticated control in an easy-to-use, reliable and affordable package. Accurately controls the entire batch delivery process and prints tickets and reports. Shown to the left of the batching control is a custom built manual control console which we also supplied for this ready mix plant application.
		Burner Controls - from NORPRO are safe, reliable and easy to operate. PLC managed system with built-in "plain English" operator display panel. Available as either drop-in panel or desktop consolet. Easy, economical retrofit for any Genco or Hauck burner system.
		Motor Control Centers (MCC’s) - Complete motor control centers designed and built to your plant’s unique requirements. If you are considering replacing the old electrical switchgear on your plant, an integrated motor control center can offer huge cost savings compared to purchasing individual circuit breakers and motor starters. On-site installation and wiring can be completed in a fraction of the time of mounting and wiring separate units. When needed, the individual motor starter buckets can be quickly and easily pulled out for any needed service repairs. MCC’s also provide the highest degree of worker safety, with positive, fast and easy lockout/tagout of equipment.
		AC Variable Frequency Drive Packages (VFD’s) - The easy add-on way to make any machine variable speed. Provides instant control of your feed and delivery rates to fine-tune your system for optimum production. Common applications include: asphalt plant belt feeders; crushing plant feed conveyors; vibrating grizzly feeders; asphalt pumps; additive delivery systems and vane feeders. Standard packages available from 1 HP to 300 HP.
		DC Drive Packages - Still the simple, reliable workhorse of the industry for smaller horsepower applications. Typically used on up to 5 HP variable speed feeder and pump drives. Shown here is a custom built DC drive system for an asphalt plant cold-feed, including 6 variable speed DC drive controllers plus motor starters for 3 other fixed speed conveyors in the delivery system. 		Soft-Start Drives - Typically used for larger horsepower motors such as exhaust fans, pugmills, dryer drums and crushers. Solid state control allows smooth, transition-less ramp-up to speed. Prevents brownouts of your electrical system, and lowers your peak demand when starting large motors. Standard models available for up to 500 HP - 460V motors. For twin motor drive setups, we also offer one of the few true dual-motor all-in-one soft-start drives. Top-notch quality and very competitively priced.
